ASBESTOS WORKERS JOINT APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Applications to be accepted for the JAC Apprenticeship Program
The Asbestos Workers Local 80 Joint Apprenticeship will accept applications on the following dates and times:
On Monday November 5, 2007 through Friday November 9 2007 and Monday November 12 2007 through Friday November 16, 2007 at the Local 80 Union Hall, 7901 St. Rt. 34, Winfield, WV from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
On Saturday November 17, 2007 applications will be accetped at the Cabell County Career Technology Center, 1035 Norway Avenue in Huntington, WV from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM only.
Testing will be conducted upon completion of application.
To qualify for an application you must:
---be at least 18 years of age,
---be a high school graduate with diploma or have a GED equivalent certificate,
---reside within Local #80 jurisdiction, see list below
---be physically able to perform the work required,
---be willing to submit to a physical and drug screening test.
